King Aerospace is pleased to welcome Pete Schneider as the company’s new vice-president, program management and special projects. Schneider brings to King Aerospace more than 35 years of experience across many challenging, high-profile and highly diverse aerospace programs.

With a background in program management, engineering and business development, Schneider has worked on and managed projects as diverse as the F-22 Raptor fifth-generation fighter aircraft and special mission commercial derivative aircraft development for the U.S. presidential fleet, including the upcoming VC-25B.

“Throughout my career, I’ve always loved the personal touch and adaptability that a smaller company can provide,” Pete says. ” I look forward to expanding our company’s growth, delivering on our commitments for our customers, and fulfilling our Servant Leadership responsibility to our employees.”

At King Aerospace, Pete will oversee numerous maintenance and completions projects and assist with expanding the company’s VVIP and special missions client base.

“Pete is a fantastic addition to the King Aerospace family,” said King Aerospace President Jarid King. “His expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow our team and pursue new maintenance and completions opportunities in special missions and VVIP segments.”

Pete has a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Minnesota and also completed advanced education programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Washington. He and his wife are parents to two young adults in college and, outside the office, Pete enjoys hiking, triathlons, long distance bike rides and snow skiing.
