No Excuses Military Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)
March 30, 2020
Mission readiness is a must have for the U.S. government and military. King Aerospace serves aircraft operations around the world, providing military contractor logistics support (CLS). One of our cornerstone principles speaks directly to our approach in serving these customers: No Excuses.
Mission-Ready Military Aircraft Services
It’s common for major United States defense contractors to subcontract key components of their projects to us. Why? Because we’re mission-ready.
We operate AS9110C-certified facilities and FAA repair stations in Ardmore, Oklahoma; at Biggs Army Airfield in El Paso, Texas; Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, NM; and at Camp Humphreys in South Korea; as well as at deployment locations worldwide.
Our military CLS support includes:
- Engineering support
- Identifying requirements for parts, facilities, materials, equipment and personnel
- Performing heavy airframe and engine maintenance, repair and overhaul
- Providing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to special mission aircraft
Commitment to quality in everything we do is standard operating procedure at King Aerospace. Proven by the work we’ve received from the U.S. Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy and Special Operations Command. We’ve maintained the U.S. Army’s Special Electronic Mission Aircraft (SEMA) fleet of highly modified King Air (C-12), De Havilland Canada Dash 7 (DHC-7) and Dash 8 (DHC-8) turboprop aircraft used for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) since 2017. This year, that contract was expanded.
In May 2019, we began providing aircraft services for the U.S. Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) fleet of Boeing 737-400 and DC-9 passenger/cargo (Combi) aircraft. Supporting these projects ensures our government and military aircraft are mission-capable today and well into the future.
A Team Fueled by the Mission
Our team has the expertise and experience to serve specialized government and military aircraft as well as a dedication to the mission. Many served their country in the U.S. Armed Forces before joining King Aerospace.
Today, they stand ready and able to continue supporting the men and women in uniform with mission-critical and high-quality services. Our customers depend on us every day. Sometimes, they’re in harsh, hostile environments. Their aircraft need to be ready.
With King Aerospace, they will be. No excuses.
