Leading the Way with Servant Leadership

Payroll specialist, CFO, fleet manager, maintenance manager, program manager, GM of operations, director of quality assurance. Encouraged by President Jarid King and Founder and Chairman Jerry King, they and other members of the King Aerospace team gathered to deepen their knowledge of servant leadership, as putting others before self is at the heart of what our company does.

From locations ranging from Texas to Oklahoma to New Jersey, Alabama and South Korea, they ventured to King Aerospace’s large, new facility in Bentonville, Arkansas. There, with servant leadership expert James C. Hunter, they spent two days in December working on their own forward progress while – amid offices and two huge hangars – observing the company’s as well.

Now, as senior leaders who’ve studied with Hunter have done, the King team members are back at their sites working to embody servant leadership with their team members.
