King Aerospace Names New Senior Proposal Manager

September 6, 2019

DALLAS, TX – Noel Quinn has been named senior proposal manager for King Aerospace’s government services. He has more than 15 years of experience in CONUS and OCONUS aviation maintenance, management and modification; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR); launch operations; and logistics.

“Noel’s impressive resumé speaks for itself, but it was his proven integrity and stated desire to make a difference that immediately attracted us to him,” says Jarid King, president of King Aerospace Companies. “He believes in constant learning, continual improvement and the power of a winning attitude – all hallmarks of our culture.”

Previously, Quinn served as proposal manager for Vertex Aerospace, L-3 Vertex Aerospace, AECOM Government Services and DynCorp. For almost 22 years, he worked for E-Systems/Raytheon/L-3 Communications in such roles as information technology team lead and business development specialist. Quinn was an avionics specialist for the United States Air Force. He studied chemistry at the University of South Carolina and calculus/trigonometry at St. Leo University. He earned a master-of-arts degree in organizational behavior from Amberton University.

“King Aerospace’s core principals are like a rudder. They keep you going in the right direction,” says Quinn. “The company values aren’t just words on a page. This team lives them.”
