KING AEROSPACE Appoints Steve Cullen Chief Operating Officer

Dallas, TX (December 30, 2016 )  – KING AEROSPACE Companies, a privately owned company providing outstanding aviation services on a global basis to operators of V VIP aircraft, corporate aircraft, and government aircraft, announced Steve Cullen has joined the company as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will oversee the operations of two KING AEROSPACE Companies, KING AEROSPACE, Inc. (KAI) and KING AEROSPACE Commercial Corporation (KACC).

“Steve brings credibility, integrity, and experience in management and strategic planning from both the military and the commercial worlds,” said Jarid King, President of KING AEROSPACE Companies. “Steve’s roots go back to his early work in aircraft maintenance squadrons and his later work as the senior military assistant to the Secretary of Air Force. His experience as a chief strategy officer and work with strategic initiatives should also help us to further develop and execute our strategic plans for the future of KING AEROSPACE.”

As the COO, Cullen will focus on developing and executing the strategic plan to grow the business and expand operations. He will be responsible for day-to-day operations of KACC and KAI, including overseeing financials, sales, business development, and operations. Cullen also will be responsible for growing KACC sales and expanding aircraft maintenance, paint, and interior capabilities for Boeing and corporate aircraft as well as ensuring KAI has the resources required to win new military and government contracts.
