King Aerospace Adds Director of Interiors

January 25, 2021

DALLAS, TX – Jeffery Potter has joined King Aerospace as director of interiors. He will be based at the company’s facility in Ardmore, OK. Potter brings extensive experience in green completions and interiors. Over the course of his more than 30-year career, he served in director-level positions for AERIA Luxury Interiors, Gore Design Completions and Associated Air Center.

“Jeff brings tremendous expertise and a proven ability to manage complex interior projects for both new aircraft and older models in need of updating,” says Jarid King, King Aerospace president. “He understands the intricacies of cabin configurations, inflight entertainment, avionics and furnishings. He asks the right questions to arrive at the correct answers.”

Potter joins King Aerospace as it prepares to embark on a large expansion project, increasing its 200,000-square-foot of hangar space by another 90,000 square feet. This will enable a key new capability: green completions. The new hangar will support large aircraft interior projects, housing shop facilities and holding multiple large aircraft. This larger footprint will accommodate Boeing 737; 757 narrow-body; and 747, 767 and 777 widebody aircraft.

“I consider myself fortunate to be joining the King team at this dynamic time,” says Potter. “I am driven to do things right and that’s the King Aerospace way, too.”
