Conscious Capitalism, Part IV: Conscious Culture

September 29, 2014

I have written about an organization called Conscious Capitalism and three of four principles, and now I present you with the fourth principle: Conscious Culture.

Borrowing the organization’s words, Conscious Culture is the “embodied values, principle, and practices underlying the social fabric of a business, which permeate its actions and connects the stakeholders to each other and to the company’s purpose, people, and processes.”

When you have a good company culture, there exists mutual respect, love, care, and trust among employees that extends to others outside of the organization. At KING AEROSPACE, we are proud of our culture and the hardworking, skilled, and caring employees who bring our culture to life in meaningful ways. We’re far from being perfect, but we are truly conscientious to always strive to maintain and foster what we profess!
