Company founder, Jerry King, has spent his notable career serving military, commercial and corporate aviation. Prior to founding the King Aerospace companies in 1992, he was co-owner, president and chief executive officer of Associated Air Center. Under his direction, Associated experienced record growth in the VVIP aircraft-support industry. Mr. King has been intimately involved in the management of countless VVIP aircraft, corporate jets, and helicopter completion, refurbishment and modification projects. He helped create King Aerospace’s distinctive no-excuses, servant-leadership-driven culture and continues to be the driving force behind it. He has built a team unrivaled in its quality output and proactive problem-solving. Mr. King earned a BBA degree from Texas State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a licensed pilot and supports several nonprofit organizations.
Jarid was just a tot when his father founded King Aerospace, so he literally grew up with the company. He has served in a wide range of roles from aircraft support at a remote overseas location to general manager of the Ardmore facility. During his apprenticeship, Jarid earned the respect of customers, employees and industry professionals. He has worked in all areas of aircraft support services, both in the United States and abroad. He continues to keep King Aerospace’s focused on positive customer relationships, values, and principles of service greater than self. Jarid earned a degree in management from Oklahoma State University, where he played varsity Division One football as a defensive tackle. He is a licensed pilot and the company representative to the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA).
Tim offers our customers the benefits of his deep financial, aviation-industry-specific expertise. The bulk of his more than 30-year career has been spent at the executive level of multibillion-dollar companies, including L3 Communications Integrated Systems, L3 Link Simulation & Training, and Hamilton Sundstrand, a division of United Technologies. At King Aerospace, Tim focuses on cost-effective business growth achieved through business transactions defined by the highest levels of integrity and ethics. He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, theory and practice.
Analia Vaca brings 15 years of industry experience and a deep-rooted passion for teambuilding to her role of people department leader. She is responsible for recruitment, retention, performance management, compensation, payroll and benefits for King Aerospace Companies. Our highly sought careers include avionics, interiors, maintenance, paint, ISR, logistics, modifications and program management. Analia is especially instrumental in fulfilling our ongoing need for licensed A&P mechanics. Previously, Analia served as human resources director for Dallas-based SevenBar Aviation and as HR manager for Nera Telecommunications in Richardson, TX. She holds licenses and certifications from Richland College, Just Culture, and the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA).
This performance-driven leader offers deep expertise acquired through more than three decades in defense aerospace maintenance, logistics and acquisition. At King Aerospace, Greg helps advance the King Kulture of respect, trust and collaboration. He leads and manages aviation maintenance and logistics operations at seven sites located on four continents; directs personnel performing program and contracts management; ensures FAA compliance for two Part 145 Repair Stations; and serves as direct customer liaison with senior military and civilian leadership representatives. Greg is a retired Captain with the U.S. Navy. His assignments included leading the Naval Air Forces’ San Diego-based enterprise headquarters for aviation cost and data analysis; maintenance and logistics management for a fleet of 275 aircraft engaged in global military operations; and support for two deployed units in continuous combat operations. Greg earned a bachelor’s in psychology at Chapman University and holds a master’s in management from the University of Maryland University College.
Noel’s proven integrity and desire to make a difference make him perfectly suited for our business development. His winning attitude extends to our clients. Together, we succeed. Noel has more than 15 years of experience in CONUS and OCONUS aviation maintenance, management and modification; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR); launch operations; and logistics. Prior to joining our team, he served as proposal manager for Vertex Aerospace, L-3 Vertex Aerospace, AECOM Government Services and DynCorp. For almost 22 years, he worked for E-Systems/Raytheon/L-3 Communications in such roles as information technology team lead and business development specialist. Noel served as an avionics specialist for the United States Air Force. He studied chemistry at the University of South Carolina and calculus/trigonometry at St. Leo University and earned a master-of-arts degree in organizational behavior from Amberton University.
Wayne exemplifies the high level of innovation, experience and knowledge people have come to expect of King Aerospace. In his almost four decades of working in aircraft maintenance, Wayne has demonstrated his ability to develop team members, manage multimillion-dollar budgets and champion ongoing process improvements. Before joining King Aerospace, Wayne served as general manager of AAR Corp.’s aviation service facilities in four states. Previously, he was vice president of maintenance and engineering for Midwest Airlines (formerly Midwest Express Airlines). Wayne has been a board member of the Oklahoma Aerospace and Defense Alliance and has deep, longstanding relationships within the aviation industry. He holds degrees in business management and aviation science and is a graduate of the leadership-development program offered by the University of North Carolina’s Center of Creative Leadership.
Keith has been involved in a wide range of aviation services since joining King Aerospace in 1999. He guides our efforts to meet the needs and expectations of both military and corporate aircraft operators. His experience includes strategic planning, business development and oversight of prime government contract aviation operations services. Previously, Keith served for more than a decade as a controller for Stanford Trading Company. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant. His education, aviation management experience and values earn him the reputation of trust and honesty that truly reflect our values and principles in all dealings.
Roy instills trust, which is a good thing when you have oversight of avionics, interiors, maintenance and paint for some the world’s largest, most luxurious VVIP aircraft. He personifies the honesty, team orientation and can-do attitude that defines King Aerospace. Prior to joining the company, Roy served for 18 years as vice president of operations at BizJet International, where he reported directly to the CEO and managed a team of more than 130 engineers and professionals representing production, certification, supply chain and quality control. Previously, he was production manager for Helicomb International. Roy served for 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corp. As a helicopter technician he performed dynamic component overhauls, collateral duty inspections and maintenance sign offs. Roy holds a FAA A&P certification and has trained at the Marine Corp Institute for Leadership, Luftansa Technik, National Contract Management Association, Tulsa Technology and Outcomy.
