Our second objective is to take care of those who take care of the customer. Most other companies primary objective is to take care of the shareholder. Every prospective employee at KING AEROSPACE must demonstrate, during their probationary period, that they live the KING AEROSPACE Cornerstone Principles. All employees are formally reviewed by three of their peers during their 90-day probationary period. Should any of the peers not feel that the candidate fully demonstrated their commitment to the KING AEROSPACE Principles, the candidate can be terminated or allowed to have their probationary period extended to demonstrate their sincere commitment to the KING AEROSPACE Principles. Only those persons who demonstrate their commitment to our values earn the right to wear the KING AEROSPACE Gold Wings!
